I met Martha at a open house when we were looking to buy and represented by another agent. At the time we thought she seemed nice and left our contact. A year or two later I met her again at a birthday party for my sons pre-school. The birthday girl was her niece and she was there with a home made peppa pig cake that she made herself. When we were ready to sell our house we knew we wanted someone that knew the neighborhood and was very responsive. We had Martha visit the house and give us recommendations on repairs and remodels that we should do, and she brought neighborhood sale comparisons and had very good suggestions. it was obvious that she was experienced, and also very well prepared. We are so happy that we decided to retain Martha as our agent, she monitored the neighborhood comps up to the day before we listed, she drafted a great description of the home, and had really good recommendations for handyman, gardening, inspectors, and all the things that you need to do to make your home ready for sale. The stager and photographers she recommended made our listing stand out among all the others on the market and we got a great price on the sale.I cant imagine the process to have gone any smoother, and She was the primary reason that it happened.
